Why choose Ethical Care at Home?
Ethical Care at Home is locally owned and operated. We provide compassionate and quality care. Our management consists of medical professionals and educators with decades of experience in healthcare. Our caregivers are carefully selected, ensuring they are qualified, experienced, and compassionate.
What is the cost of your services?
Our services vary in price depending on the level of care required. To get a better idea of price, speak to one of our Care Services Specialists. We are open from 9am to 5pm, seven days a week.
Are services only offered to the elderly?
We have services for all ages and for a variety of different types of care. This includes care for:
- The frail
- The elderly
- Recently discharged from the hospital
- Accident victims
- Terminally ill
What is the free in-home assessment?
An in-home assessment is a complimentary visit from one of our friendly and knowledgeable Residential Coordinators at your home. We assess your needs and create a plan for how we can help you achieve your goals. Then we carefully select a team of caregivers to meet your needs and start service as soon as you’re ready.
How does billing and payment work?
We accept visa/mastercard/personal cheque.
Can I make changes to my services?
Yes, you can! Call our office before the next visit and we’ll modify your services and schedule.
Is there a minimum length of time each visit?
Our minimum service package is three hours. There is no charge for travel to and from your home. The visit may be shorter than three hours based on your needs.
How do you select my caregiver?
Our goal is to find the perfect match for our clients and caregivers, based the type of care you request in the care plan and the activities you enjoy doing.
